PVC coated tarpaulin is an industrial waterproof material made by coating PVC onto a high-strength polyester fabric base. Compared with laminated tarpaulin, the coating process provides a stronger bond between PVC and the fabric. Compared with knife-coated materials, it offers a lower production cost and higher cost efficiency. It is widely used in logistics, construction protection, and outdoor covering applications.

Materials and Manufacturing

Manufacturing Process

Weaving polyester fabric → PVC compound preparation → coating application → high-temperature curing → surface finishing (embossing or glossing) → slitting and rolling
